Program Cost

$10.00 per module for Members of LeadingAge Ohio*

*COMMUNITY DISCOUNT:

Register 10-19 employees as a group at $50.00 per participant for 8 modules

Register 20+ employees as a group at $35.00 per participant for 8 modules

$15.00 per module for Non-Members of LeadingAge Ohio

Registration is a two-step process:

Step 1:  

a.  Register and pay for the ltcGAIN Program at the LeadingAge Ohio site (follow the Education Tab to the ltcGAIN link). Following your successful registration and payment, you will receive an email from LeadingAge Ohio with an Access Code (referred to as discount code) that allows you to access the ltcGAIN modules you have purchased, OR 

b.    If your organization has purchased a group of modules for its employees, registration has been completed for the group and the access code (discount code) will be provided to individual employees by a representative within your organization.

Step 2:  Once you have your access/discount code, please travel to the ltcGAIN Registration and create a new student account in the ltcGAIN Program to gain access to the modules. 

All registrants receive the SBAR Communications Module at no cost. You may complete as many of the modules as you would like.  You are not required to complete all the modules.  All modules provide nursing contact hours.

No conflict of interest exists for any individual in a position to control the content of the educational activity.  The modules are jointly provided by LeadingAge Ohio, the Ohio State University College of Nursing, and the Optimized Care Network.  Module contact hours expire on December 31, 2020.  LeadingAge Ohio is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
